A variety of prototype and production tooling can be created directly from 3D computer data and CNC machined from a number of materials as required.

Materials can include; high density foam, resin, plastic, aluminium and various grades of steel

Other processes can include; composite fabrication, thermo-forming, sand or die casting and injection moulding to name a few.

We have alliances with a number of toolmakers and moulders ranging from specialise local companies to a variety of Chinese manufactures.
